Rosco Fog Fluid

Rosco Fog Fluid produces virtually any kind of fog effect easily and continuously. It is ideal for use in theatre, film, television, live entertainment and special events.

Developed more than 30 years ago, this fluid is an original formulation, created as an alternative to potentially hazardous petroleum based fluids. The development of Rosco Fog Fluid was considered so innovative it won an Academy Award for this technical achievement.

Created for use in the extensive array of Rosco fog machines, Rosco Fog Fluid can produce a wide range of effects - anything from a heavy cloud to light wisps.

Rosco Fog Fluid is available in 1 litre, 5 litre, 25 litre containers and 200 litre drums.

The citation from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences reads:
"...to Rosco Laboratories for the development of an improved non-toxic fluid for creating fog and smoke for motion picture production."

Rosco Stage & Studio Fluid
Rosco Stage & Studio Fluid was created for those occasions where certain fog effects need to dissipate quickly or to create low-lying effects. Used with all Rosco fog machines, it will produce an effective theatrical fog and then disappear. The Academy Award winning Rosco Fog Fluid has become the standard of the entertainment industry for fog effects in the performing arts. In many theatrical, film and television presentations, however, these effects are required only at a particular point in the production. Once the effect is completed, it is important that the fog disappears quickly and does not intrude on the action that follows. Used in conjunction with a Rosco fog machine and a Rosco Coldflow, or Rosco Chiller Module the Stage & Studio Fluid generates an excellent low-lying fog effect. Similar to the effect produced by dry ice and hot water, the Rosco chilled fog system is more economical. Rosco FX Fluid
The newest fluid from Rosco, and also the lowest priced, FX fluid gives an effect similar to that of steam, making it ideal for localised effects including CO2-type blasts, steam pipes, showers, etc. The fog effect dissipates quickly. Used with all Rosco fog machines, it will produce an effective theatrical fog and then disappear very quickly afterwards. Used in conjunction with a Rosco fog machine and a Rosco Coldflow the FX Fluid generates an excellent low-lying fog effect which disperses even more quickly than the Stage & Studio fluid. Rosco's FX Smoke Fluid is packaged in 5 litre containers, as well as 200 litre drums on request.

Rosco V-Hazer Fluid

New V-Hazer Fluid was specially developed for use with the Rosco V-Hazer and is different from other Rosco fog fluids.

The fluid was created using the same family of components as Rosco's Academy Award winning Fog Fluid but is specifically constituted to create a haze effect.

Available in 5 litre containers only.
