All orders placed before 1:30PM are usually dispatched immediately. 95% of items on this site are in stock right now.

Delivery Charges:

For UK orders placed online via this website:    Our standard GB mainland delivery charge is £9.85, unless otherwise stated. For international orders - please email us for a shipping price.

All prices shown on this site exclude UK VAT at 20%, if applicable (see section below).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, American Express, PayPal, Discover or Diners Club.

1.	Add items to your online shopping basket by pressing the button
2.	When you're ready to place your order, click Your Basket on the menu at the left of the screen.
3.	Click on "Proceed to checkout >" to complete your order

To order by email: send us an email with what you'd like to order and we will send you details on how to transfer funds to our bank.

Public Sector / Councils / Schools, Colleges & Universities:
Please e-mail or FAX your purchase order to 020 7100 7527. We accept official purchase orders from UK government departments, NHS trusts, schools and universities.
The minimum net order value for purchase orders paid on account is £100.00 ex. VAT.
There is no minimum order value for any orders placed online via our website or over the phone using a credit or debit card.

Outside UK: Please e-mail us with the product(s) you would like to order along with your mailing address. We will obtain a shipping price for your approval before you submit payment and your order is dispatched.

We accept payment via bank / wire transfer (BACS), IBAN or SWIFT. Please contact us for details.

If you live outside the UK mainland, please e-mail us with your delivery address for the shipping costs to your country. Please note -- certain products cannot be shipped outside the UK.

EXPORT ORDERS AND UK VAT (tax)

Not in EU (eg USA, Asia, Australia, Africa, etc.)	No VAT payable - Price shown on website is price paid*
In EU (but outside UK) WITH company VAT / TVA number	No VAT payable - Price shown on website is price paid*
In EU without VAT number	20% UK VAT payable
In UK	20% UK VAT payable

Or put another way:

Customers NOT in EU countries e.g. United States, Asia, etc. will NOT be charged 20% UK VAT, so the price of the products you see on the website is the price you would pay (excluding shipping).

Customers outside the UK but within the EU who have a VAT number are NOT charged UK VAT, but they must provide their company's VAT / Tax ID number

Individuals in EU countries who do NOT have a VAT / Tax ID number must pay VAT at the UK rate of 20%.
