HOW TO ORDER

To order online (UK) (for exports, please see exports section below)
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, American Express, Discover or Diners Club.

1.	Add items to your online shopping basket by pressing the button
2.	When you're ready to place your order, click Your Basket on the menu at the left of the screen.
3.	Click on "CHECKOUT" to complete your order

To order by phone:
Call us on 01642 769952 with your order and card payment details.

To order by email:
Send us an email with what you'd like to order and we will send you details on how to transfer funds to our bank.

Public Sector / Councils / Schools, Colleges & Universities:
Please e-mail your purchase order. We accept official purchase orders from UK government departments, NHS trusts, schools and universities.
The minimum net order value for purchase orders paid on account is £100.00 ex. VAT.
Delivery charge shown in online shopping cart is for orders placed online via the website only.
Contact us for accurate delivery pricing.
There is no minimum order value for any orders placed securely online via our website or over the phone using a credit or debit card.

EXPORT ORDERS

Export Orders from Outside UK:
Please e-mail us with the product(s) you would like to order along with your shipping address. We will obtain a shipping price and submit a PDF quotation or proforma invoice to you for approval before you submit payment and your order is dispatched.

We accept payment via bank / wire transfer (BACS), IBAN or SWIFT.

Please note - certain products cannot be shipped outside the UK.
