How to order
Order online for UK delivery, request an international shipping quotation, or contact us by email or phone. Choose the option that suits you below.
Order online - UK customers
You can place an order online and pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay or payment by bank transfer.
- Choose your products and add them to your shopping basket using the
button on the product pages. - When you are ready, visit Your Basket to review your order.
- Select CHECKOUT and follow the instructions to complete your order.
Delivery charges
GB mainland - online orders
Standard delivery is £11.70, unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed before approximately 12 noon are normally dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
International delivery
Please contact us for a shipping price before ordering.
VAT: Prices displayed on the website exclude UK VAT at 20%. UK VAT is charged to UK customers.
The online basket delivery charge is for orders placed through this website. For public-sector purchase orders, please contact us for accurate delivery pricing.
International / export orders
We export smoke machines and related equipment internationally.
For orders being delivered outside the UK:
- Email us the products and quantities you require, together with your full shipping address and postal code.
- We will send you a PDF quotation or proforma invoice, including the shipping charge, for your approval.
- Once you approve the quotation, arrange payment by international bank / wire transfer using IBAN / SWIFT details supplied by us, or credit card via payment link, if applicable. Your order can then be dispatched.
Please note: Some products cannot be shipped outside the UK. Contact us if you are unsure.

Public sector, schools, colleges & universities
We accept official purchase orders from UK government departments, councils, NHS trusts, schools and universities. Please email us your purchase order.
Minimum for purchase orders paid on account: £150.00 excluding VAT.
Please contact us for the correct delivery charge. The special reduced rate delivery charge displayed in the shopping basket applies only to orders placed online through the website.
The £150 minimum does not apply to online or telephone orders paid by credit or debit card.
